Etableringen misslyckades. Det går inte att hitta användaren. (Shared Services Provider creation failed (User cannot be found))

Background: While configuring a SSP in Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007 you may receive the following error message: “Shared Services Provider creation failed (User cannot be found)”

Cause: The owner of the Central Administration Site has been renamed or deleted.

Solution:

1. Go to SharePoint Central Administration and Application Management.
2. Click “Site Collection Administrators” under the “SharePoint Site Management” group.
3. Select the Central Administration Site Collection and update the Primary (and secondary of necessary) Site Collection Administrator accounts.
4. Execute the following stsadm command: stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs
